Obituary of Larry William Cummins

CUMMINS, LARRY WILLIAM 

The passing of Larry William Cummins of Hanwell, NB, husband of Jacqueline Rioux, occurred on Monday, March 9, 2020 at Fredericton Hospice House.  Born on April 9, 1953 in Moncton, NB, he was the son of the late William and Lillian (Proctor) Cummins.  Larry worked in cars sales and later as Sales Manager at various dealerships.  He enjoyed golfing and playing hockey in his younger years, loved old cars, had a great passion for music and loved to sing.  Larry had a sense of humour and could tell a good joke.  He kept his sense of humour right up to the end of his struggle with cancer.

In addition to his wife, Larry is survived by daughters, Malarry Tavares (John) of Brampton, ON and Melissa Crawford (Chris) of Hanwell, NB, son, Adam Moser (Jess) of Fredericton, NB; grandchildren, Lincoln Tavares, Ella Crawford, Hully and Willow Moser.
 

A Memorial Service will take place at York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 2 pm with Rev. Dr. Terry Atkinson officiating.  Interment will take place in Hermitage Cemetery at a later date. Thank you to the Palliative Care Doctors, Extra Mural and all the nurses, doctors and staff at Hospice House for their great care. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made Hospice House Fredericton, Liberty Lane or to the charity of the donor's choice.
