Larry was a student of mine during my first years at Salisbury. We travelled together in his old “rag top”Pontiac from Riverview. He played soccer on teams I coached, we hunted together and he sold me cars for years from dealerships from east NB to west NB. I am sorry that we were not in country on this sad occasion but please know our thoughts and prayers are for all of Larry’s friends and family. Enjoy your memories as I know we will. Larry was and always will be one of the good guys.
Sincerely and with fond memories, Jim & Heather Thorburn

We are all so saddened by this news. Larry was an old friend and neighbor. Our best memories of Larry are the times when he would sing - even his old country tunes. He had a beautiful voice and just loved to sing. We treasure the time we rented a cottage with Larry and Jacqueline at Parlee Beach and jammed all of our kids (and pets) in it. And the time we all camped out and climbed Mount Katahden. We will miss your fine sense of humour and your gentle spirit, Larry. Thinking of you, Jacqueline, Melissa and Malarry and Adam and family. Went to school with Larry in Salisbury. Still remember a day we were playing Soccer in Petitcodiac. Ref called a foul on Larry, he sort of got mad. Jumped in front of him grabbed those biceps with my hands and slowed his forward progress somewhat. He looked down at me and said " Don't do that again!" I didn't. Rest in Peace Larry

So sad to see this news today. I still remember when Larry came to Clark Chev Olds Cadillac as my Sales Manager in 1998. There was nothing that this man didn’t know about the car business and with me being only in the car business for 2.5 years when I met Larry, I had a lot to learn! When we worked a deal together, it was quick and easy as we were always on the same page. No one in the dealership worked any harder than this man. Larry was also one of the funniest men that I have ever met and king of the one liners. I still use these quick witted one liners daily and think of him every time that I say one. RIP Larry, you will be missed. Thank you for your wisdom, the laughs and helping me grow as a salesman. My sincerest condolences to Jackie and family.
