Obituary of Roy Sands

The passing of Roy Albert Sands of Stanley, NB, husband of the late Phyllis (Price) Sands occurred on Friday, March 10, 2017 at the Nashwaak Villa, Stanley, NB. Born on April 21, 1920 in Stanley, NB, he was the son of the late Elizabeth Sands. Roy loved horses, dogs and gardening, and all these things, he shared with his soul mate, the late Phyllis. Roy is survived by a special cousin, Tanya Hedberg; many friends and acquaintances. There will be no visitation by request. A Funeral Service will take place from St. Thomas Anglican Church, Stanley, NB on Monday, March 13, 2017 at 11 am with Rev. Canon Bonita LeBlanc officiating. Interment will take place in St. Thomas Anglican Church Cemetery at a later date. A sincere gratitude to the staff of the Nashwaak Villa for their care and attention given to Roy, during his time there.
