My 10 year old son Jagger Canney & I met Hugh last year while visiting our Aunt at York Care Centre.
Jagger & Hugh quickly hit it off, and thus that started our weekly visits to see Hugh. Hugh nick named Jagger “White Lightning” as he is always on the move. We gave Hugh a little guest book last summer for his birthday for his visitors to sign. I took a few pictures of Hugh & Jagger & put them on his bulletin board. I overheard Jagger praying for Hugh last night & I caught this, he said “I hope Hugh is behaving & making new friends in Heaven.” Hugh was a special man & we will miss him very much. Our sympathies to the family.
