Deborah was my youngest sons English teacher and what a blessing she was. She reached him in a way I know no other could. She allowed him to express his understanding of the written word in his own ways and therefore never minded his assignments. To her Family, deepest condolences from Albert and Margaret

Allie, Linda, girls and Tom. There are no words for us to express to you our sadness. We have so many fond memories of Dbbie when she would be visiting her grandmother Lyda. As little kids our boys would love to have the adorable and dimpled Debbie join them for play. May you find comfort in knowing she is resting in peace with her God. God bless you all.

Please know that you are all in our hearts, thoughts and prayers now as is Debbie. Even though the pain you have gone through with Debbie over the last few years must have been unbearable, your loss must feel even more so.
We all remember Debbie so fondly - full of love, cheer and adventure. Sydney and I have shared wonderful memories the last few days of the fun we had with Debbie and Sara in LA and after with all the girls at your home. In particular, we remember Debbie belting out tunes with songs on the radio and for some reason, always think of her when we hear "Raspberry Beret". May many happy memories warm your spirits in the days ahead.
We know, as you do, that she loved all of you so very much and was very proud of all of you and of all the talents of Sara, Emily & Molly. May you always feel her love and presence with you.
Do take care of yourselves and each other.
Much love, Andrea & Sydney on behalf of Dick & Greer too xoxoxoxo

We wish to offer our deep condolences for the loss of a precious person whom we got to know and share some fun times with. We will always remember the times when Debbie and her young children at the time were at our house visiting and later when she was sitting around our kitchen table with our younger children at the time sharing stories and having fun. Were so lucky to have a short video of this. The expression of sorrow, loss and condolences were also expressed by our community hall members where she and her grandmother came to play cards when she was I our area.
Sincerely,

My sincere condolences :( Debbie taught me many years ago in Mcadam. I remember she was kind and caring and wonderful to us kids. She loved to laugh and was a fun teacher. What I remember most about her was her beauty. I Remember thinking she was one of the most beautiful women I knew. I See she passed on her looks and smiles to her three lovely daughters. McAdam remembers her and is very sad for your loss. She looks like she suffered but loved Jesus and relied on him and her family for strength. I lost my mom to breast cancer 8 years ago. She was 64. She too loved the Lord. Debbie walks with Jesus now and sings with the Angels. Rest in Peace Debbie xo

Debbie will forever have a place in my heart. She was my sons homeroom teacher when he was in grade 9 and she always had such positive things to say about him. I strongly believe that she was the kind of teacher who believed in every student, and knew there was goodness in every one. Although this wasnt always visible, Debbie willingly took the time to dig deep enough to find it in each student. Her students have been truly blessed to have had her as their teacher.
My most sincere sympathy to all of the family.

Debbie \ Where to start? From a budding FHS Glee Club member and Student Actress in Hello Dolly to a superb monitor and later teacher in UNBs English Language Programme (ELP) to a compassionate, loved and highly respected Teacher Extrordinaire. Everything she decided to do she did with passion and heartfelt commitment. In her illness she was gracious and determined. She fought until there was no fight to fight. What a blessing that she lived to see her first grandchild.
To Tom, Molly, Emily and Sara, Allie and Linda and all those who mourn may your hearts find peace in knowing that Debbie would want us to remember all the wonderful times that she was part of and she is now fulfilling a higher calling for which she has spent her life preparing and she will give her all. RIP Deb.

Dear Tom, Sara, Emily, Molly, Baby Aubree and All who mourn Debbies passing; There are no words to express the sorrow you feel, and we share with you, at this time.
We have known Debbie since our years in high school, where we all had so much fun singing in the Glee Club, and musicals. We kept in touch throughout university years. We reconnected when all of our daughters were younger, and throughout their high school adventures. We were very proud parents as we watched our daughters graduate from UNB together. Now Sara and Lauren share several passions, one of them being their professional nursing careers. We will continue to love and support these wonderful young women in years to come, in Debbies honour. She will be watching, from above, and no doubt be monitoring our progress!
The warm memories of Debbie will live on, in our hearts. Rest in peace, dear friend.
