Obituary of Wallace Lawrence LaBillois
The sudden passing of Wallace Lawrence “Larry” LaBillois of Nashwaak Village, NB occurred on Friday, June 10, 2022 at his home. Larry was born August 11, 1956 in Boston, Massachusetts to the late Wallace and Lilian LaBillois.
Larry had a passion for hunting, mud runs and the outdoors, he will be greatly missed by many but will live on in his children and grandchildren.
Larry is survived by his wife, Marilyn LaBillois; children, Joey LaBillois (Nicole Flemming), Jennifer LaBillois (Glenn Austin), Jimmy LaBillois; mother-in-law, Jeanie Wall; and his grandchildren, Cole and Lexi Austin, Jaci and Madi LaBillois and Olivia LaBillois. Larry loved his grandchildren more than anything and spent his last days surrounded by them, right where he wanted to be. Larry is also survived by his brothers and sisters, Mona, Brenda (Lester), George (Beth), Edith, Theresa, Susan, Barry, Brad (Lynn), Jim (Sheryl), John (Rachel); and many nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Carol LaBillois; brother, Moise LaBillois; and goddaughter, Stephanie Bolger.
A special thank you to Larry’s sister, Theresa, for all that she has done.
Visitation will be held at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton on Saturday, June 18, 2022 from 12-2 pm with a Celebration of Larry’s Life to follow in York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel at 2 pm with Glenda Wysote-LaBillois, RSW, MSW. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
