Obituary of Alton Eric McQuade

MCQUADE, ALTON “TONY”

With great sadness, the family of Alton “Tony” Eric McQuade of Fredericton, NB, announce his sudden passing on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at the Saint John Regional Hospital.  Born on October 2, 1955 in Perth Andover, NB, he was the son of the late Raymond and Madylin (Brown) McQuade.

Tony is survived by his children, Whitney McQuade (Mike Machum) of Fredericton, Mitchell McQuade of Calgary and their mother, Linda McQuade of Fredericton; sister, Brenda Jackson (David Norton) of Fredericton; brother, Adrian McQuade of Kingston, ON.

Besides his parents, Tony was predeceased by his sister, Betty Goodine; and brother, Brian McQuade.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the loving care of York Funeral Home. There will be no public services at this time. Interment will take place in Sunny Bank Cemetery, Fredericton at a later date.
