Obituary of Rhoda Anne Crouse

The passing of Rhoda Ann Crouse of Fredericton, NB, wife of the late Curtis Crouse occurred on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital.  Born on February 7, 1946 in Fredericton, NB, she was the daughter of the late J. E. Stanley and Burdella (White) Brown.  Rhoda worked in the kitchen at York Care Centre.  She was affiliated with the Church of Christ, Dorn Ridge, NB.  Rhoda enjoyed knitting, quilting and doing puzzles.

Rhoda is survived her sister Kathryn Lavigne; brothers, Eric Brown (Anne), John Brown (Lois) and Philip Brown; sister in law, Shirley Brown; brother in law, Darrel; several nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents and husband, Rhoda was predeceased by her sisters, Sheila Randall, Loretta Stewart and Brenda Brown; brothers, Stanley and Keith Brown; brothers in law, Ronnie Lavigne and Lloyd Randall.

A Graveside Service will take place in Stone Ridge Community Cemetery, Zealand, NB at a later date with Pastor Terrance Brewer.  For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the IWK or to the charity of the donor’s choice.  Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
