Obituary of Joyce Louise Wyrwas

With the heaviest of hearts the family of Joyce Louise Wyrwas of Marysville, NB wishes to announce her passing after a lengthy illness. Joyce is survived by her mother, Catherine Wyrwas; her siblings, Bruce (Kathy) Wyrwas, John (Tammy) Wyrwas, Dianne Gilbert, of Fredericton, and Kathy Hawkins of Kansas City, Kansas. Though she had no children of her own, Joyce’s heart belonged to her nieces and nephew, David, Julie, Lindsay, Sara, Cassandra, Brittany, Ashley, Kristin, Marsha, and Carrie. Her Love extended even further to her “Grands” as she dearly called them, her Grand Nieces and Nephews. She is also survived by many other dear Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Friends. She was predeceased by her Father, Roderick Wyrwas, an infant brother, Gerald, and maternal and paternal grandparents, several Uncles and Aunts. Joyce was a long time employee of Jean Coutu Briggs Drugstore, and leaves behind many great friends and memories there.
The family also would like to thank the staff and medical teams at the DECH for their care and support.
In keeping with Joyce’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Alexander Gibson Memorial Cemetery. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
