Obituary of Donna Edna May Amos

The passing of Donna Edna May Amos of Penniac, NB, wife of Alfred Amos, occurred on March 6, 2021 at Hospice Fredericton.  Born on November 3, 1956 in Fredericton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Gordon and Maisie (Morgan) Williams. Donna was an active member of Penniac Baptist Church and in her community. She was a valued employee at Bird Stairs for 47 years and took great pride in her work.

In addition to her loving husband, Donna is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Doucette (Kipper); son, Matthew Amos (Danielle); grandchildren, Darren, Morgan, Caleb and Mallory; mother in law, Betty Amos; brothers in law, Allen, Hilton and Tom and their families; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Pearl Robillard (Bev); and father in law, Percy Amos.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Penniac Baptist Church, 930 River Road, Penniac, NB on Saturday, August 28, 2021 from 1- 3 pm; followed by a short service and committal in the Church Cemetery officiated by Rev. Mike Trail. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Friends of Penniac Church or a charity of the donor's choice. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
