Obituary of Frances Carol Ginson

It is with great sadness that Frances “Fran” Carol (Humble) Ginson, wife of the late Fred Ginson, passed away peacefully at Hospice House on Sunday, February 21, 2021.  Born on August 2, 1942 in Stanley, NB, she was the daughter of the late Royce and Laura (Reid) Humble.  Fran will be remembered for the love that she had for her family, her bright smile and laughter that filled the room and a spitfire attitude.  Fran enjoyed shopping, decorating for every holiday and loved her flowers.  She was an amazing kind lady that touched the lives of so many.

 

Frances leaves behind her pride and joy, one son, Tony (Joan) of Alberta; two daughters, Shelley (Ricky) and Laura (John) both of Penniac; grandchildren, Nicole, Jesse, Cassandra, Dawson, Duke, George, Kirk, Dillon, Megan and Tyler; twelve great grandchildren who held a special place in her heart; brothers, Ralph Humble (Effie) of Nova Scotia and John Humble (Joyce) of Fredericton; sister in law, Sheila Campbell of Fredericton; many nieces and nephews.  Besides her parents and husband, Fran was predeceased by her sister, Joyce (Humble) Forbes.

 

The family wishes to thank the staff and doctors at Hospice for going above and beyond, the special care and kindness given to our mom in the last few days of her life. 

 

With Fran’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral service.  For those who wish, remembrances may be made to Hospice Fredericton (Palliative Care Resource Network Inc.) or to the Canadian Cancer Society.  Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
