Cindy, Scott and families,
Gregg and I were so very sorry to hear that your Dad has passed away. Our time working together at the Dept. of Education were wonderful times. Rick was a great man and a proud father.
When we lived up the hill years ago, it was great to have Rick and Louise just a few steps away from the top of our street to visit.
