Please accept our deepest condolences. Warren was a very special man. I met Warren when he moved into York Care Center. We hit it off right away. I have a feeling that he hit it off with everyone that he met. My husband, Troy, knew Warren for years. He thought Warren was one of the nicest, hardest working men he had ever met.
Being such a small world, I realize now that Warren touched both Troy's family, as well as my Waugh family over the years.
Tower two at York Manor will never be the same without him. I always looked forward to seeing him.
I will miss his smile.
Rest in peace Warren.

To Tim and all of Warren's extended family,
We are sorry to learn of Warrens passing. He was a fine man who really loved life. And nobody was better when it came to wells... Nobody....We met him first one winters morn when our well died.... He run back and forth from the truck to the well which was not about ground so we had a backhoe searching... Warren jumped right in the hole next to the operating bucket so he could see better... I jumped in too to protect Warren as the bucket was going up and down inches in front of us. Warren said not to worry because the operator was a good one... He said he would show me... He asked Anne to bring him a glass of water but just to the front door which she did... He beckoned to the backhoe operator and the bucket was quickly in front of Anne...W Arron told Anne to put the glass in the bucket which she did... Around came the bucket and down in the hole with the glass of water... Not a drop was spilled .. Warren had his glass of water... Put the glass back in the bucket and it was returned to Anne... Other times Warren came for our well... Always pleasant...always running!!!
We enjoyed him at the rink as well as Ryan played with Steve and Warren was always there to cheer.
You must have a ton of great memories .... They will be with you forever. May they comfort you now and in the time to come.
Sincere sympathy to you all. Anne and Doug Johnson

To the entire Seymour family, our thoughts and prayers are with you all. It has been a very hard few months or last two years with both your parents in declining health. Janice,
I convey these words with deep sadness. Loss is difficult especially in these troubled time. Your father was a well loved and respected individual. Jeff always knew when he saw your father come to do something it would be done right and with pride. He always remember who we were and made a point to acknowledge us. A man of integrity. Our hearts go out to you. We send our deepest sympathies for both of your losses ( mom and dad)within the last few months.

I am sorry to hear of your father's passing Tim. Please share my condolences with Andrea. To say that I know what you are going through is quite true in this case as it has been only 4 weeks for me. Take care of yourselves. Perhaps dedicate your next fishing trip to his memory.

Tim, Andrea and family, it is with great sorrow that I hear of Warren's passing! I remember him so well. He was full of energy at all times and so kind to everyone. To spend even a little time with him, would make you envy and want to emulate his
spirit and genuine consideration of others. I'll never forget his excitement as he was telling me about his awesome Quad trip across my home province of NL. What a wonderful man he was and what an icon he was to his family. May he rest in peace!
