Obituary of Etta Christina Lovelace

LOVELACE, ETTA CHRISTINA

The sudden passing of Etta Christina Lovelace of Hayesville, NB, wife of Glendon Lovelace, occurred on March 12, 2020 at the Saint John Regional Hospital.  Born on April 8, 1938 in Holtville, NB, she was a daughter of the late Angus Munn and Christina (Carson) (Munn) (Desmond Conroy). Etta loved her flowers and gardening, knitting and sewing.

In addition to her husband, Etta is survived by her daughters, Faye Lovelace (Phillip Thornton) of Nackawic, Tina Lovelace (Ron Fowler) of Bloomfield, Glenda Lovelace (Phillip Small) of Grand Manan; grandchildren, Jamie Fowler, Billy Storey (Meredith), Coulton Munn (Amanda), Terry Lovelace (Melanie); great grandchildren, Sidney Fí Munn, Parker Glendon Storey; sisters, Bertha Lenetine of Miramichi, Margaret Munn of Holtville, Laura Noseworthy of Dartmouth, Doreen Lovelace (Arthur) of Hayesville; brothers, Harold Munn (Reta) of Hayesville, Tom Munn (Joan) of Boiestown; several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter, Corrine Lovelace, son, Trent Lovelace; sister, Olive Munn; brothers Archie Munn, Vivian Munn.

 Arrangements are in the care of York Funeral Home's Miramichi Valley Chapel. Visitation will take place at Miramichi First Pentecostal Church, 376 Holtville Road, Holtville, NB on Sunday, March 15, 2020 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.  The Funeral will take place at Miramichi First Pentecostal Church, on Monday, March 16, 2020 at 2 pm with Rev. Landon Decker officiating.  Interment will be in Cameron Hill Cemetery, Holtville at a later date.
