Obituary of Harold O'Donnell

The passing of Harold William Brian O’Donnell, husband of Pamela (Tompkins) O’Donnell, of New Bandon, NB occurred on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at his home. Born on May 9, 1952 in Stanley, NB, Harold was a son of the late Walter and Bessie Marie (Arbeau) O’Donnell. He enjoyed hunting and was an animal lover, owning 9 cats and 2 dogs, while being involved with CARMA cat rescue. In addition to his wife of 27 years, Harold is survived by one son, Shane O’Donnell; one brother, Manning (Pearl) O’Donnell; four sisters, Debra (James) O’Donnell, Vicki (Sherman) Storey, Twila (Everett) Lovelace, Luella (Charles) Howe; several nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Donna (Dave) Deer and his favourite cat, Mitsey. Besides his parents, Harold was predeceased by one brother, Tennyson O’Donnell. There will be no visitation by request of the family. A Memorial Service will be held at Miramichi Valley Funeral Home on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at 2 pm. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to CARMA or the Fredericton SPCA.
