Obituary of Joanne Blodgett

The passing of Joanne Elizabeth Blodgett of Fredericton, NB, occurred on Monday, November 21, 2011 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on January 22, 1934 in Saint John, NB, she was the daughter of Stanley and Johanna (Klinge) Bustin. She worked as a cook at various local restaurants, in her earlier years she worked as a homecare worker and as an office worker. Joanne enjoyed bowling, exercise classes and walking. Joanne is survived by her daughter, Heather Blodgett of Fredericton, NB. Although there will be no services at this time; a celebration of Joanne’s life will be held at a later date. York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB are entrusted with the arrangements. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation-Atlantic Chapter.
