Obituary of Donald Dunphy

The passing of Donald Flinn Dunphy of Stanley, NB occurred on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at the Nashwaak Villa. Born on December 04, 1935 in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of the late John and Edna (Flinn) Dunphy. Donald was a self employed woodsworker, and also a hunting guide. He loved horses and had a miniature horse farm in St. Martins. Donald is survived by his five daughters, Vicky Munn (Randy) and their children, Dustin, Blake, Meaghan Munn; Amanda Maynard and her children, Summer and Morghan; Beverly Dunphy (Bruce) and her children, Stephanie Parker and Scott Porter; Kimberly Collins (Bob) and their son, Derek Weaver; Marla Goudreau and her children, Brandon, Renée and Chris Goudreau; Joanne Jarvis (Allen); two sons, Cody Dunphy (Sherin) and their children, Natalia and Connor Dunphy; Tyler Dunphy (Riley); sister, Lois Burns (Leo); step daughters, Candy Gallagher and her daughter, Jessie; Kelly Brooks and Kayla Gallagher; nieces and nephews. Besides his father, Donald was predeceased by his son, Larry Dunphy; brother, Arnold Dunphy and step daughter, Katie Russell. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel, 302 Brookside Drive on Saturday, August 4, 2012 from 2:30 pm until time of Funeral Service at 3:30 pm with Pastor Pat McAloon officiating.
