Obituary of Bertha Cromwell
The passing of Bertha Pearl Cromwell, of Fredericton, NB, wife of the late Ernest Cromwell, occurred on Sunday, July 22, 2012 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on April 20, 1943 in Chipman, NB, she was a daughter of the late Everett and Lillian (Gallagher) Fulton. Bertha was a member of Capital Community Church.
Bertha is survived by her daughters, Monica Specht (Randy Glazier) of Sarnia, ON and Lisa Cromwell of Saint John, NB; son, Allison (Wendy) of Picton, ON; grandchildren, Jessica, Chelsea Cromwell, Mitchell, Matthew Specht and Brandon Glazier and Erica White; great grandchildren, Kylee, Dane, Ray-Lynn and California; sisters, Doreen (David) Betts of Chipman, NB, Judy (Victor) Leaman and Cathy Porter (Roy) all of Saint John, NB; brothers, Gary of Chipman, NB, Wayne of Saint John, NB, Brian (Janet) of Chipman, NB, Leonard (Marlene) of Edmonton, AB and Cameron of Chipman, NB; several nieces and nephews.
A visitation will take place at Capital Community Church on Thursday, July 26, 2012 from 10 am until time of service at 11 am with her son, Rev. Allison Cromwell officiating and her nephew, Rev. Jack Leaman assisting. Interment will take place in Canaan Forks Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
