Obituary of Shawn Parker

The passing of Shawn Edward Parker of Swan Creek, NB, occurred on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 in Nova Scotia. Born on May 16, 1980 in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of William Parker of Chipman, NB and Dawn Brewster of Ottawa, ON. Shawn loved Rhonda Sacobie, she was very special to him. He liked playing games, fishing and camping. He will be remembered as a very kind hearted person, someone that would give you the shirt off his back, he was a loveable, likeable person and enjoyed his friends and family. In addition to his parents, Shawn is survived by his twin sons, John and Dean Sacobie of Saint Mary’s First Nations, NB; sisters, Tammy (Louis) Kingston of Ontario and Pamala (Andrew) Howe of Chipman, NB; brother, Andrew Jewett of Ludlow, NB; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and special aunt, Mae Wyile (Robert Lyons) of Lincoln, NB. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, William Edward Parker Sr. and Helen Grace Parker. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Saturday, July 30, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Sunday, July 31, 2011 at 2 pm with Rev. Mervel Howe officiating. Interment will take place in Lincoln Cemetery.
