Obituary of Agnes Sellick

The passing of Agnes Emma Sellick of Stanley, NB, wife of the late Eldon Sellick, occurred on Saturday, May 05, 2012 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on January 04, 1917 in Armstrong’s Corner, NB, she was the daughter of the late James and Edna (Hasson) Anderson. Agnes enjoyed working in her flower bed, gardening and was a member of the Women Institute of Stanley. Agnes is survived by her son, David (Tina) Sellick of Stanley, NB; sisters in law, Evelyn Anderson of Hampton, NB, Hazel Thomas of Fredericton, NB; grandchildren, Tyler and Jill Sellick; nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Thomas Anderson and sister, Ruth Anderson. Visitation will take place in the “Sonshine Room” at Cross Creek Baptist Church on Tuesday, May 08, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, May 09, 2012 from Cross Creek Baptist Church at 2pm with Pastor Gordon Mowry officiating. Interment will take place in the Cross Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. For those who wish, donations may be made to the Cross Creek Baptist Church Cemetery or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
