Obituary of Rexton McLellan

The passing of Rexton Spencer McLellan, of Parker Ridge, NB, occurred on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on November 23, 1926 in Parkers Ridge, NB, he was a son of the late Bertram and Lea (Spencer) McLellan. Rexton was a retired mechanic for I.G. Ross Company. He was the last surviving member of his family. He is survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his step-mother, Hallie McLellan; sister, Donna; brother, Barnett. Visitation will take place at Miramichi Valley Funeral Home, 7681 Route 8, New Bandon, NB on Thursday, May 3, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held from Miramichi Valley Funeral Home on Friday, May 4, 2012 at 2 pm with Mr. Wally Ellis (DLM) officiating. Interment will take place in Parker’s Ridge Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances may be given to the charity of the donor’s choice.
