To the family of Georgina Billings,
It is with deepest sympathy I just received the news of Georginas passing. I have been on quite a long vacation period. I left in February, looking after my wife after her operation and will not be back at Pine Grove for another week, so did not even know of how sick she must have been . Before I went on vacation she told me she would miss me as she often did when I was going off duty. I always enjoyed looking after Georgina and tried to make her laugh with all of my corny jokes. She told me how much she enjoyed me doing that and the weird drawings and "words to live by "that I put on her white board. She was always caring and concerned for her roommate and the staff and talked so lovingly of her family members often. She certainly was a wonderful resident and one of our very favourites to care for. We will all miss her terribly. Again so very sorry for such a tremendous loss you are dealing with at this time.
