Obituary of Sadie Norrad

The passing of Sadie Rae (Munn) Norrad of Holtville, NB, wife of the late James Norrad occurred on Tuesday, January 03, 2012 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on November 07, 1931 in Holtville, NB, she was the daughter of the late James and Muriel Munn. She was a member of the Holtville First Pentecostal Church. Sadie Rae taught Sunday School for many years and had a great love of children. Sadie Rae is survived by her sisters, Iris (Everett) Munn and Alberta Munn all of Holtville, NB, Nellie (Rex) MacKay of Fredericton, NB, Maizie MacKay of Hayesville, NB and Peggy (Aubrey) Hawley of Sackville, NB; brother, Leonard (Marilyn) Munn of Holtville, NB; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, she was predeceased by an infant son, Terry Wade; her sister, Emma Lovelace; brothers-in-law, Hardy Mackay and Carl Lovelace; and nieces, Brenda Fowler and Sandra Munn. Visitation will take place at the Holtville First Pentecostal Church on Thursday, January 5, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will take place from the church on Friday, January 6, 2012 at 2:30 pm with Rev. Landon Decker officiating; Rev. Carroll Carter and Rev. Lester Mitchell assisting. Interment will take place in Cameron Hill Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Northeast Christian College.
