Obituary of Ernest Case
The passing of Ernest Wardlow Case of Bloomfield Ridge occurred on July 5, 2008 at his home. Born in Bloomfield Ridge on April 14, 1927, Ernest was the son of the late Joseph and Ella Mae (Greene) Case. He was an avid fisherman, outdoor sportsman and carpenter. Ernest enjoyed his time spent with family.
Ernest is survived by five daughters, Ernestine “Tina” Guyea (Bill) of Renfew, ON, Norma Black (Manley), Eva Hawkins, both of Boiestown, Shirley Gullison (Phil) and Cathy Donald (Kirby), both of Fredericton; five sons, Joseph (Barb), Rick (Jenny), Randy (Nicole), all of Prince George, BC, Wayne (Debbie) of Bloomfield Ridge and Brian of Miramichi; one brother Hedley (Elizabeth) of Boiestown; two sisters, Roberta Palmer (Gerald) of St. John and Jolene Munn (Otto) of Parkers Ridge; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Ernest was predeceased by six brothers, Recky, Stanley, Kendall, Kenneth, Sterling and Everett; three sisters, Edith, Rita and Betsy; one grandson, Elvis.
Although there will be no visitation, a graveside service will take place at Parker’s Ridge Baptist Cemetery on Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at 2 pm with Pastor Rick Bruce officiating. Pallbearers will be Wes MacKay, Manley Black, Phil Gullison, Kirby O’Donnell, Todd Black and Brett Black.
