Obituary of Myrtle Price

Myrtle Alberta Price passed away peacefully in her 97th year at Central New Brunswick Nursing Home on Sunday morning, May 3, 2009. Born in Priceville, she was the daughter of the late Amelia (Parker) and James Price. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Also predeceased by her husband, Lloyd William Price; daughters, Verna, Ida; son, Norman; brothers, Harry, Magnus, Clare; sisters, Pearl, Annie, Lena, May. She is survived her children: Evelyn Stewart, Fredericton, Hazel (Vincent) Swazey, Boiestown, Mavis (Baden) Long, Ludlow, Gerald (Ermonie) Price, McNamee, Merlin (Joan) Price, Priceville and Rebekah Stewart, McNamee; daughter-in-law, Gladys Price, McNamee; 22 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and 25 great-great grandchildren. She was a loved and respected Mother and Grandmother by her family who highly commend her for instilling strong Christian Values throughout their lives. She will live Forever in Our Hearts. She attended the McNamee Pentecostal Assembly. Visitation will be held at McNamee Pentecostal Assembly on Tuesday, May 5, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held from the church on Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at 2 pm with Rev. Cole Price officiating. Interment will take place at the McNamee Pentecostal Cemetery in Porter Cove. Pallbearers: Wynn Price, Galen Price, Spencer Price, Jim Hunter, Kenny Stewart, Rocky Price. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to McNamee Pentecostal Assembly or Central New Brunswick Nursing Home.
