Obituary of Virginia ODonnell

The passing of Virginia “Jen” (Price) O’Donnell, wife of the late Guy O’Donnell, of Fredericton, NB, occurred on February 21, 2010 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on June 11, 1939 in Hazelton, NB, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Susie (McKeil) Price. Jen was a member of All Saints Anglican Church, Marysville, NB. She was a member of TOPS. Jen is survived by two daughters, Valerie Gaudet (Brendan) and Peggy O’Donnell (John) both of Fredericton, NB; two sons, Roger (Elaine) of Pictou, NS and Ricky (Faith) of Fredericton, NB; four grandchildren, Brian O’Donnell, Cody Gaudet and Kailie O’Donnell; three great grandchildren, Austin, Alex and Kelsey; special nieces, Becky; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by infant son, Wayne; granddaughter, Brandy O’Donnell; sisters, Doris “Dode” Munn and Winnifred “Dolly” Norrad; brother, Floyd “Denny” Price; step father, Clarence McKeil. Although there will be no visitation, a Graveside Service will be held Friday, February 26, 2010 at 1 pm from Doaktown Anglican Cemetery with Canon John Cathcart officiating. A reception will follow at the Doaktown Anglican Church Hall. For those who wish, remembrances made to the All Saints Anglican Church, Fredericton or the charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
