Obituary of Audrey Weaver

It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Audrey Jane (Price) Weaver on Friday, July 9, 2010 at the Queen E II Infirmary, Halifax, NS. Born on October 13, 1937 in McNamee, NB, she was the daughter of the late Vivian N. and Hazel M. (O’Donnell) Price. Audrey was the longtime companion of the late Adrian Clowater. Audrey enjoyed singing and playing the guitar and loved spending time with her family. Audrey is survived by her three daughters, Patricia (Wynn) Price of McNamee, NB, Wendy (Curtis) Carrier of New Bandon, NB and Tuesday (Lee) Jenson of Calgary, AB; one son, Michael (Carol) Weaver of Maugerville, NB; two grandsons, Stephan and Joshua; three granddaughters, Tammy, Stephanie and Elisha; four great granddaughters, Ashley, Samantha and Hannah; four great grandsons, Quinton, Tyler, Alex and Liam; three sisters, Betty Hamilton of Fredericton, NB, Elva (Ivan) Clowater and Nancy (Harland) Lyons all of McNamee, NB; three brothers, George “Pete” (Greta) of SK, Allison (Debbie) of Fredericton and Ashley (Iona) of McNamee, NB; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her parents and companion, Audrey was predeceased by three sisters, Clara Price, Edna O’Donnell and Norma Robinson all formerly of McNamee, NB. Visitation will take place at Miramichi Valley Funeral Home, New Bandon on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 from 7-9 pm. A Memorial Service will take place at Miramichi Valley Funeral Home on Thursday, July 15, 2010 at 2 pm with Rev. Arnold Godso. Interment will take place in Carroll’s Crossing Anglican Church Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the St. John Anglican Church, Carroll’s Crossing or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick would be appreciated by the family.
