Francis, William Laverne The passing of William “Bill” Laverne Francis of Fredericton, NB, husband of Patricia “Gail” (Voldolenski) Francis occurred on Sunday, December 8, 2019 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. In keeping with Bill’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to VETS Canada or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick.
