Obituary of Phoebe Clowater
It is with great sadness that the children of Phoebe Elizabeth (Curtis) Clowater announce her passing on January 14, 2019 at Hospice House, Fredericton New Brunswick in her 91st year.
Phoebe lived a very full life. She loved studying God's word and discussing what she read with her "chosen son" Larry Graham. She began working as a cook at local sporting camps. At 69 years of age Phoebe opened a tea room in Doaktown and following retirement, loved hosting formal dinners and Victorian Tea Parties at her home.
Phoebe is survived by her children, Esther Clowater Sarchfield (Alvin), Roger Clowater (Mary), Dana Clowater (Crystal), Darla Clowater Reed (Gary); grandchildren, Michelle, Robbie, Amy, Victoria, Vanessa, Margaret, and Eleanor; eight great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
