Sending our love and our condolences to Aunt Cindy, cousin Evan and Matthew. We are so incredibly sorry for your loss. Uncle Carl was such a kind man. So loving and warm hearted. My fondest memories are him singing with his guitar when Robin and I were kids and came to visit in the summers. His kindness for others and his love for his family could be felt instantly. Sending our love and sorry we were not able to make it. Love Fawn, Mike, Tristan, and Austin.

A great loss of a kind and gentle spirit. Our deepest condolences to the whole family.
I met Carl in 1973 when I joined the NB Power Relay Department. He was one of the more experienced guys and he helped keep this newbie out of trouble.
After a gap of some 40 years , I recently met Carl again at the ROMEO Society. Ironically, he hadn't changed a bit!
Davida remembers Carl from High School in Moncton where he was well thought of by all.

Carl, it was a pleasure to know you. You are one of the people who makes anyone feel they matter and at ease from the moment you say hello. It an increasingly cold rushed impersonal iPhone world you always see the person first and have time for a conversation and your great stories. It is they way you tell your stories, a lost art to most of us. I write this to you because you are not gone. You live on through your sons. And your wife and all who knew you. You will not be forgotten. I smile when I think of you. Cindy, Evan and Matt, please accept my sincere condolences. Sorry for your loss. But he is not gone. He lives on.

Cindy, Matt, and Evan - we are deeply saddened by Carl's death. Carl and I worked closely together at ECC for almost 40 years, so I knew him as a great coworker, but more importantly I was honoured to call him my friend. We shared many laughs, and many stories about our kids. He was THE guy I turned to when needed. We are so sorry we will not be able to attend his services, but as you know, we are needed elsewhere. Our thoughts, prayers, and love will be with you during this difficult time.

Dear Cindy, Evan, and Matt,
My sincerest condolences. I was very sorry to learn of Carl's passing. It's so right that "He was loved by anyone who ever met him." I'm very thankful to have grown up next door to your family, and to have had the privilege of knowing Carl, as our always friendly and helpful neighbor, a devoted family man, skilled carpenter and woodworker, cub scout leader, guitarist, the cool dad on the street, and so much more.
May you find comfort in all the great memories you have of him. Love from Los Angeles, Mike

Dear Cindy and Family. Barry and I are filled with sorrow for this tremendous loss to your family and the family of St. Theresa's. Carl shared his gifts and talents with so many. His musical gifts and leadership enriched Saturday night liturgies for years. His true giving heart has been so evident to us. We will pray for all of you. Matthew 25:21 21"His master replied, 'Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master's happiness!'

My deepest sympathy for your loss. Carl was a great person and will be sorely missed.
Carl was such a magnetic individual; his laughter, his jokes, and his wonderful entertaining skills. A one-of-a kind, caring and thoughtful person. He was so proud of his family.

Dawna and I are deeply sorry for the loss of Carl. Carl was so much more than a co-worker. He was a true friend and a wonderful person. We first met in 1978 going to a job at Oak Bay terminal and we instantly connected. Carl and I had many good times together both at work and after work. I loved his guitar playing and singing at our Christmas parties and he always had a good joke to tell. Our thoughts are with Cindy, Matt and Evan at this extremely difficult time.
