We were shocked to learn of the untimely death of Mac. Although we did not know him very well, he always stopped and had a few encouraging words when we ran into him in town or in a store. We will miss him and his optimistic nature.
We hope you and your family will find the strength to cope with this strenuous and totally unforeseen situation. Our thoughts are with you.

My sincerest sympathies to Mac's family. Growing up in Douglas it would be impossible not to know the Carlisle name. Knowing Spencer , Ward ,Mac and many others , just made growing up in the community a much better experiance . They were all true gentlemen . In seeing Mac several times in the last few years on the river and knowing he had made many friends there ,his absence will be felt by all his fellow fisherman. Rest in Peace and God bless you Chris and Kelly Smith
