Obituary of Edith Hamilton

  The passing of Edith Jean (Raworth) Hamilton of Oromocto, NB, wife of the late Roger Hamilton occurred on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Hospice Fredericton. Born in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of the late James Gray and Elsie Jean (Fall) Raworth. Prior to her retirement, Edith was a Human Service Counsellor and in her free time she enjoyed gardening and tole painting. Edith will be forever loved and cherished by her children, Brian Hamilton (Fanny), Jeanne Dunlop (Emerson) and Trevor Hamilton (Kim). Memories of Grammy will always be treasured by, Amanda, Justin, Sheridan and Madelynn and she will be sadly missed by her six brothers and a sister and their families. In keeping with Edith’s wishes there will be a private visitation and service for family and close friends. Interment will take place in the Burton Cemetery in the spring.
