Obituary of Robert Henderson

After a short and courageous battle with cancer the passing of Robert “Bob” Allison Henderson of Fredericton, NB occurred on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on June 1, 1940 in Woodstock, NB, he was the son of the late Robert Henderson, Freda (McDonald) Coles and step father, Sidney Coles. Bob retired as a taxi driver having worked for Checker and Trius. He was a Bartender at the Fredericton City Club. Robert is survived by his daughter, Lori Henderson-Stickles (Laurie) of Lincoln, NB and her mother, Terry Tapley (Dale); sister, Connie Jeffrey (Hazen) and brother, Donald Coles (Ann) both of Fredericton, NB; several nieces and nephews; cousins, Etta Mae Leguard and Joyce Sherwood both of Ontario, and his special canine granddaughter, Gracie. As per Bob’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A Private Interment will take place in Dayton Cemetery at a later date.
