Obituary of William Munn

After a lengthy but courageous battle with cancer, William “Billy” Allen Munn passed away on July 2, 2017. Born on July 26, 1967 in Fredericton, he was the son of the late Winnifred and Reginald Munn. Billy lived most of his life in McAdam in a special care home where he enjoyed the work program he was on. Billy loved going to church with all of his heart. He also attended Camp Rotary for many years and thoroughly enjoyed his time there. Billy is survived by his siblings, Delhia (Sheldon) Young, Judy (Perry) Norrad, Joanie (Timmy) Calhoun, Michael Hovey, Ellen (Wendell) Hunter, Melvin (Brenda) Hovey, Regina (Harry) Norrad, Vera Nason, Joyce Ellis, Daisy (Clint) Norrad, Dorothy (Mike) Morrison), Betty Fraser, Elaine (Sanford) Bernard, Reggie (Irma) Munn, Howard (Vilma) Munn, Keith Munn, Reg (Betty) Munn and Rae Harris. He is also survived by a sister-in-law, Donna Hovey and a brother-in-law, Johnny Spencer, along with several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Billy was predeceased by a sister, Izella Spencer; a brother, Gene Hovey and two infant brothers, Ricky and Bobby. A Graveside Service will be held at Cameron Hill Cemetery, Holtville, NB on Tuesday, July 4, 2017 at 1 pm with Rev. William Stewart officiating.
