Obituary of Norma Bradley

Norma (MacLeod) Bradley, 1962 – 2017. Died peacefully on Thursday, January 26, 2017, surrounded by family and friends, after a courageous battle with cancer. Norma was the daughter of the late Melville MacLeod of Cornwall, ON and Pauline (Lefebvre) MacLeod of Fredericton. She was the proud mother of Logan Bradley (father Calvin) and “daughter by choice” Jessica Lynn (Jones) Fleet; loving sister of Julie (MacLeod) Tuton of Prince Rupert, BC, Anne Marie MacLeod of Toronto, and Grant MacLeod of Fredericton. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Norma embraced life with enthusiasm, a sense of adventure and a positive outlook. She worked in the information technology field for years and had an inquisitive and creative side that led to several patents. She surrounded herself with family and friends who meant the world to her and who, in return, feel privileged to have been part of her life. She left us far too early. Special thanks to the doctors and staff of the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Visitation will be held at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Saturday January 28, 2017 from 2-4 pm. In lieu of flowers, gifts can be made to The Iris Center for Mindfulness, Peace and Healing (160 Sunset Drive, Fredericton, NB E3A 1A3) which held special meaning to Norma or to a charity of your choice.
