Obituary of Sheila Edmondson

The passing of Sheila Lorraine Edmondson of Keswick Ridge, NB, wife of the late Ivan Edmondson occurred on Friday, December 30, 2016 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on June 17, 1946 in Fredericton, NB she was the daughter of the late Edward and Evelyn (Butler) Wills. She was an active member of All Saints Anglican Church, Crock’s Point, NB. Sheila worked for the Provincial Government for 30 years as a Secretary. Sheila is survived by her step-daughter, Catherine Edmondson of Ottawa, ON; grandchildren, Alan Edmondson of Keswick Ridge, NB, and Maxine Edmondson of Ottawa, ON; niece, Heather Bower; many other nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents, Sheila was predeceased by granddaughter, Hollie Rae Adams; brother, Michael Wills. Visitation will take place at All Saints Anglican Church, Crock’s Point, NB, on Monday, January 2, 2017 from 1-2 pm with a Memorial Service to follow at the church at 2 pm with Archdeacon John T. Sharpe officiating. Honorary Pallbearers for the service will be Eugene Price, Bob Poore, Geoff Gollings, Jim Monteith, Earl Gilbey, Mike Brewer, Howard Christie and James Bubar. Interment will take place in the church cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parish of Bright. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
