Obituary of Ferne Clark

The passing of Ferne Grace Clark of Scotch Lake, NB, wife of Larry Clark, occurred on Friday, September 16, 2016 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on February 13, 1956 in St. Stephen, NB she was the daughter of Alice (Stewart) Vroom and the late Charlie Vroom. Ferne enjoyed spending time with family and friends, playing Bingo, and going to her Happy Place at the Campground. In addition to her mother, Ferne is survived by her children, Samantha Billings (Dana), Sarah Viscount (Stephen), Shannon Clark (Marlene) and Katie Chase (Aaron); grandchildren, Kage, Kendal, Ferne Grace, Kayley, Riley, Ethan, Wyatt and Lucy; sisters, Donna Vroom, Linda Merrithew and Mary Schmidt (Myron); brother, Karl Vroom (Susan); several nieces, nephews and grand puppies. Although there will be no Visitation, a Memorial Service will be held at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at 2 pm with Pastor Aubrey Trail officiating.
