Obituary of Ronald O'Hara

The passing of Rev. Ronald Cecil O’Hara of Greenhill, NB, husband of Pauline (Hossack) O’Hara occurred on Friday, December 11, 2015 at home. Born on April 27, 1925 in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of the late Clarence and Blanche (Vennor) O’Hara. He was a Veteran of WWII. Ronald worked in accounting. He was the founder and pastor of the Full Gospel Assembly, Greenhill, NB. He served for the Stanley Outreach and attended the Cross Creek Baptist Church. In addition to his wife, Ronald is survived by his sons, Patrick O’Hara (Aura) of Hamilton, ON, Larry O’Hara (Gail) of Toronto, ON and Robert O’Hara (Kathy) of Williamsburg, NB; step daughters, Cathy Gullison (Peter Lund) of Lincoln, NB and Joan Kennedy (Colby Gardner) of Woodstock, NB; grandchildren, Patricia, James, Shannon, Kerensa, Nicolas, Chris, Susan, Sandi, Katie and Andrew; brother, Gordon O’Hara; several great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his twin brother, James O’Hara; sisters, Roberta and Emily. A Memorial Service will take place at Cross Creek Baptist Church on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at 2 pm with Rev. Gordon Mowry officiating. Interment will take place at Cross Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Cross Creek Baptist Church.
