Obituary of Lucien Doiron

The passing of Lucien Joseph Doiron of Fredericton, NB, husband of Alice Doiron (Nowlan), occurred on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on March 21, 1961 in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of the late Angeline (Benoit) and Benjamin Doiron. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his step daughters, Crystal and Jennifer Morehouse, both of Fredericton, NB; ten grandchildren; sister, Tina Doiron of Fredericton, NB; brothers, Jean Yves “Roy” Doiron (Barb) of Nashwaak Village, NB, Raymond Doiron (Ann Marie) of Nashwaak Village, NB, Dennis Doiron (Anna), Neil Doiron (Gerry – Ellen) and Roger Doiron (Ruth), all of Zionville, NB; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Lucien is predeceased by his brothers, Lucien and Allord Doiron and a nephew, Johnny. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, on Thursday, November 12, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church on Friday, November 13, 2015 at 11 am with Father John Jennings as celebrant. Interment will take place in St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
