Obituary of Lorrie Anne Sparks

The passing of Lorrie Ann Corinne Sparks, of Fredericton, NB, occurred on July 2, 2015 at her home. Born on November 12, 1965 in Minto, NB, she was a daughter of the late Leo and Alice (Blacquier) Sparks. Lorrie Ann enjoyed playing bingo and time spent with family. She loved to laugh. She is survived by her children, Katie Sparks, Karlee Hetherington and Kaleb Hetherington; her sisters, Sheila Graham (Eric), Mary Louise McCoy (Wayne), Doreen Ackerson (Garnet), Karen Kajari (Garbie), Sharon Freeze and Lisa Sparks; her brother, Gary Sparks (Ann) and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her niece, Nicole McCoy and her nephew, Cody Kajari. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Sunday, July 5, 2015 from 5 to 8 pm. A Memorial Service will be held from York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Monday, July 6, 2015 at 2 pm with Rev. Paul Thompson officiating. Interment will take place in Newcastle Bridge Cemetery, Minto, NB.
