Obituary of James Brady

Life Legacy The passing of James Brady of Moncton, NB, husband of Fernande (Caissie) Brady occurred on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on January 30, 1936 in Belfast, Northern Ireland he was the son of the late Patrick and Charlotte (Best) Brady. He was an Electrical Engineer with the Department of Transportation. James loved music and enjoyed playing his guitar, ukulele and accordion; he also enjoyed spending time at the cottage in Sainte-Marie-de-Kent. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Kevin P. Brady of Montreal, QC, Peter J. Brady (Denise) of Moncton, NB and Leanne P. Hazlett (Mark) of Fredericton, NB; grandchildren, Emily, Olivia, Tara and Ryan; sisters, Eilish Early (John) and Bernadette Fitzpatrick both of Ontario; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his siblings, Sean, Mary, Patrick, Margaret and Anne. There will be no visitation or service by request. York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB have been entrusted with the arrangements. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick.
