Obituary of Hugh Logan

Life Legacy The passing of Hugh “Hughie” Vaughan Logan of Stanley, NB occurred on Saturday, December 27, 2014. Born on March 2, 1959 in Stanley, NB he was the son of Eva (Schwartz) Logan and the late Lloyd Logan. Hughie was previously employed with Modern Ventures Ltd. He enjoyed fishing and going out on atv trips. No matter what the task, Hughie took great pride in it. In addition to his mother, Hughie is survived by his brothers, Ron Logan of Fredericton, NB and Kevin Logan of Perth, AU; sister, Karen Logan-Boone (Jim) of Fredericton, NB; niece, Stacey Thornton; nephews, Nick Logan, Mike and Brad Boone; great niece, Mackenzie Logan; great nephew, Cooper Thornton; special friend, Sherri. Besides his father, Hughie was predeceased by his brother, Reggie Logan and infant brother, Arnold Logan. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton on Saturday, January 3, 2015 from 12 until 2 pm; followed by a Memorial Service at 2 pm with Rev. Canon Bill MacMullin officiating. Interment will take place in St. Thomas Anglican Church Cemetery, Stanley, NB at a later date.
