Obituary of Kevin Boone

The passing of Kevin Patrick Herbert Boone, husband of Colleen (Doucet) Boone, occurred on Monday, August 18, 2014 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on February 28, 1961 in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of Marion (Meloche) and the late William Boone. Kevin was a member of the Science Fiction Society. Kevin was a little and big brother with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fredericton. In addition to his wife and mother, Kevin is survived by his sisters, Toni Mitchell (Mike) of Wassis, NB, Corinne Boone of Toronto, ON and Carolyn Pellow of Fredericton, NB; brothers, Lloyd Boone (Ellen) of Hamilton, NB and Pat Meloche of Bouctouche, NB; special nieces and nephews, Tiffaney, Kayla, Mikey and Emilie; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Steve and Heather Clements, Vaughan McPhail, Heather Fowler, Brian Mcgee and many other friends. Celebration of Kevin’s Life Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Thursday, August 21, 2014 at 2 pm with Kevin’s brother Lloyd Boone officiating. Followed by fellowship time with friends and family. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Big Brother Big Sisters of Fredericton or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
