Obituary of John Blois

The passing of John “Garrett” Blois of Fredericton, NB, occurred on Monday, March 10, 2014 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on June 11, 2004 in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of John (Chelsey) Blois and Carla Hay. Garrett enjoyed walks, skating, sliding, watching movies with his family, playing Xbox and cherished time spent praying before bed time. In addition to his parents, Garrett is survived by his sister, Jenna Blois; brother, Austin Hay and grandparents, Danny (Gail) Russell. He was predeceased by his grandfather, John Blois and aunt, Cynthia Bell. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Friday, March 14, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at Sunset Church on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 2 pm with Rev. Justin Beesley officiating and Rev. Dale Riley assisting. Interment will take place in Forest Hill Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
