Obituary of Mary McLaughlin

The passing of Mary Louise McLaughlin of Nashwaak Village, NB, wife of the late Lorenzo McLaughlin occurred on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on April 5, 1947 in Chatham, NB, she was the daughter of the late David and Eloise (Sippley) Martin. Mary enjoyed playing cards and bingo. Mary is survived by her son, Felix McLaughlin (Lynn) of Nashwaak Village, NB; grandchildren, Holly and Zackery; siblings, Claudette Daigle (André) of Baie Ste-Anne, NB, Lucille Corbett (Ron) of Fredericton, NB, Geraldine Mallais of Brantville, NB, Roger Martin (Leona) of Baie Ste. Anne, NB, Adeline Martin of Baie Ste. Anne, NB, Jerry Martin (Brenda) of Dartmouth, NS and Emile Martin (Clément) of Hardwick, NB; several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Sunday, March 9, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Mass will take place at St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church on Monday, March 10, 2014 at 11am with Father Monte Peters as celebrant. Interment will take place at St. Anthony’s Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
