Obituary of Harold Green

The passing of Harold “Norvil” Green of Douglas, NB, occurred on Sunday, January 12, 2014 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on January 5, 1935 in Cross Creek, NB, he was the son of the late Harold and Dorothy (Alexander) Green. He was a Radar Technician. Norvil enjoyed reading and spending time with his son and grandchildren. Norvil is survived by his son, Norman Burt Dominic Green of Quebec; grandchildren, Anthony Green and Carragher Green; sisters, Diana Green-Horsnell of Nashwaak Bridge, NB, Mary Green of Ontario, Monnah Green of Fredericton, NB and Cathy VanHorne (Gary) of Cross Creek, NB; brothers, Lawrence Green (Sharon) of Cross Creek, NB and Darrel Green (Bernice) of Stanley, NB; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sisters, Eleanor Condron (Hilton) and Judy Waugh (Bill) and his brother, David Green. Although there will be no visitation; a service will be held at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
