Obituary of Terri Budaker
After a long and courageous battle with cancer, the passing of Terri Lynn Budaker, wife of Kenneth Budaker of McLeod Hill, NB, occurred on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on May 30, 1960 in Saint John, NB, she was a daughter of Gordon and Carolyn (Cougle) Coburn. Terri was a Teachers Assistant at Park Street School and a born homemaker who loved to cook, sew and look after her family. She particularly loved children. Terri was a member of the Nashwaaksis United Church.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by her sons, Justin (Chelsey) of Prospect Bay, NS, Ben of McLeod Hill, NB; grandchildren, Jemma and Isabell; sister, Debbie Francis (Dwight) of Hampton, NB; brothers, Robert Coburn (Bernadette) of Douglas, NB, Stephen Coburn (Karen) of Fredericton, NB; father in law, Martin Budaker; sister in law, Heidi McHatten; brothers in law, George (Heather) Budaker, David (Marilyn) Budaker; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. Terri was predeceased by her mother in law, Maria “Tuckie” Budaker.
Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Thursday, June 13, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at Nashwaaksis United Church on Friday, June 14, 2013 at 2 pm with Rev. J. D. Kennedy officiating and Rev. Gil MacKenzie assisting. Interment will take place in Seymour Memorial Cemetery, Kingsley, NB. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
