Obituary of Jeffrey Douglas Fulton

Jeffrey Douglas Fulton, age 66, of Nashwaak Bridge, passed away on October 21, 2024 at his residence. His family is deeply saddened by his unexpected and sudden death.

Jeff was born in St. Louis, Missouri to Mark and Beverly (Beaver) Fulton. He grew up on a dairy farm outside Westerville, Ohio. He attended Ohio State University.

Jeff was a dedicated and hardworking individual who took great pride in his career with Howell Data Systems Inc., earning respect and admiration for his extensive knowledge, reliability and friendly nature.

Throughout his life Jeff was devoted to animals, particularly those without homes. He had an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. He often spent time researching topics of interest or reading books. Jeff always had a story to tell. His laugh will be missed. He had a great love of classic cars and could name the make, model and year of most any car.

Jeff is survived by his loving wife, Alison Fulton; his step-children, Daniel Connell (Jackie) and Ashley Ross (Mike); grandchildren, Liam, Kallie, Hailey and Ava; mother and father-in-law, Thelma and Hugh Munro and sister-in-law, Wanda Alexander. Jeff was preceded in death by his father; his brother, Jack Fulton and his beloved German Shepherd, Lily. 

Jeff was a beautiful person inside and out. He was kind and passionate. He treasured his grandchildren and embraced every moment with them. He will be dearly missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.

At Jeff’s request, there will be no formal funeral service. Friends and family are invited to celebrate Jeff’s life at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Thursday, October 24, 2024 from 6-8 pm. For those who wish, donations in Jeff’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick.
