Finnamore, Muriel Margaret

The passing of Muriel Margaret Finnamore of Fredericton, NB, wife of the late David B. Finnamore, occurred on August 26, 2024 at Oromocto Public Hospital.  Born on February 4, 1929 in Saint John, NB, she was the daughter of the late Kathleen (Amburg) and Reynold MacKenzie.  Muriel was a Registered Nurse, a member of the St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, and a loving mother.

Muriel is survived by her children, Albert Finnamore (Claire), Karen Long (John), David Finnamore (Jane), Susan Scott (Tim), Paul Finnamore, and William Finnamore (Michelle); brothers, Ronald MacKenzie (the late Doris), and Reynold MacKenzie (Sandra); eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her husband, David Finnamore; her parents, Kathleen and Reynold MacKenzie; her sister, Esther Salterio.
