It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Robert Lemon, age 60, who passed away on August 16. Robert was born and raised in Marysville, located in Fredericton, New Brunswick. He attended Alexander Gibson Memorial School and later graduated from Fredericton High School.

After completing his education, Robert dedicated many years to working for the government of New Brunswick, where he was respected and valued for his commitment and service.

Robert is survived by his beloved children, Lacey Hennigar-Lemon and Tanner DeMerchant; cherished grandson and granddaughter, Ayden Elgee and Parker Grant; stepchildren, Sarah Vikki and Pat Snow; fiancée, Pam Snow; sisters, Bonnie Hickey (Ken) and Krista Arbeau (Bev); brother, Terrance Lemon (Judy); brother-in-law, Jack Rackley (Brenda); stepmother, Jane Lemon; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends, including the Super 7 Friend Group.

Robert was predeceased by his parents, Royce and Hazel (Lewis) Lemon; first wife, Dawn Hennigar-Lemon; beloved children, Amber and Ryker; his sister, Brenda Rackley; grandmother, Nanny Babe; aunt, Christine Lewis; and uncle, Charlie Lewis.

Visitation will be take place on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB, from 6-8 pm. The family welcomes all who knew and loved Robert to join in celebrating his life. A Private Family Graveside Service will take place at a later date in the Alexander Gibson Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Mary Tingley officiating.
